Order Tracking

Keys Closet is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for lost or stolen packages.

We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
Returned items must be:

• Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or fragrance
• In original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
